Community Advisory Committee Meeting 4

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is an important part of our overall engagement strategy for the new comprehensive plan, which is intended to increase the type and number of community fingerprints we have on the final document.  The CAC will serve as a sounding board for the project team and offer the team opportunities for feedback and input that benefit from a membership that watches the entire process, and the plan, evolve over time.

CAC members will also serve as plan ambassadors, helping get the word out about engagement events and asking residents, business leaders, property owners, special interest groups, etc. to participate.

The CAC will meet approximately five times during the life of the project, including: a project kick-off meeting, growth choices discussion, general framework and path forward discussion, and draft document review session.  CAC members will also attend community workshops or other events scheduled by the project team.
